Keyholding & Property Management

Keyholding and Property Management are two very different jobs.

A Keyholder is a person you give your keys and in case of an emergency (you forgot the keys, an alarm goes off, somebody locked himself out etc.) will come to open your door (usually additional costs are charged for this).

A Property Manager is a person you give the responsibility of controlling your property when you are not there. They will access your property to check your property regularly, check your postbox, check after storms, when the alarm goes off.

This is the regular way of working.

We offer both services, but aren't very keen on offering Keyholding as when the owner asks us to check on a property and we find there is an incident, we do not know when this was caused as there are no regular checks of the property with Keyholding. We prefer to keep a close watch on your property and help you keep the property in the best possible state while you are not there.

Therefore our Property Management can be divided in 3 different categories:

  1. Property Management with pool maintenance
  2. Property Management
  3. Property Management with rentals

All these categories receive 2 times a month a proper control of the property.
